Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group

I went to the restaurant off Oxford street yesterday evening. Me an my wife ordered food along with virgin mojitos. When the drinks arrived I took a big sip as I was thirsty. The drink tasted of spirits!! So did my wife’s. I have never drank alcohol in my life due to religious reasons. There was no room for error as the virgin mojito is under the mocktail section. There IS NO ALCHOLOIC drink on the menu with the same name. I felt violated and sick to my stomach. The manger did not have any customer service skills, showed no signs of empathy and apologised robotically. Very disappointed!!! 0 starts to be honest. Sickening experience. It’s a shame as I used to dine there often.
